Thomson Reuters is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to partner with commercial teams and drive sales velocity through data-driven insights, process improvements, and systems excellence. The role focuses on CRM hygiene, real-time performance visibility, and cross-functional collaboration to enable revenue growth.

You will work with Salesforce and BI tools to deliver reliable KPI reporting, forecasting, and actionable operational insights, while partnering with Finance and Marketing to

Qualifications

3+ years of Sales Operations or related experience in B2B media or SaaS.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce with exposure to order management/ERP systems.
Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).

Responsibilities

Improve end-to-end sales processes and remove blockers.
Define Salesforce and order management enhancements and train users.
Build dashboards and forecasts showing KPIs and pipeline health.
Ensure CRM data quality and accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Product to prioritize changes.
