Job summary

Dexcom in the United Kingdom is seeking a CRM/Data Analyst to join the Commercial Excellence team. You’ll maintain CRM databases, cleanse data, analyse customer, sales, and marketing data to identify trends, and produce performance reports.

You’ll support CRM system administration, assist with user training for field teams, and work with marketing to improve CRM processes. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ related experience are typical. Hybrid working and travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with MedTech/Pharma CRM data and sales effectiveness is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor customer data quality and perform data cleansing.
