Dexcom is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will also serve as the Business Relationship Manager for the Marketing team in our UK site. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IS, CS or marketing.
• 8–12 years of related experience in business analysis, IT partnerships or BRM.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related Martech tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT BRM for the Marketing team, building trusted partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to define processes, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners, delivery teams, architects, and vendors to ensure scalable, compliant solutions aligned with business value.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and expectation-setting across Marketing Commercial requests, ensuring realistic commitments.
• Prepare concise status updates, executive summaries, decision points, risks, and issue escalations for leadership.
• Support delivery execution by clarifying requirements, removing ambiguity, and validating delivered capabilities meet needs.
• Partner with testing and change management teams to support test scenarios, UAT, adoption planning, and readiness activities.
• Monitor health, performance, and continuous improvement opportunities for Marketing Commercial applications.
