Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a CRM & analytics professional to join the Commercial Excellence team supporting the UK and Ireland. You will maintain CRM data, cleanse data, analyze customer, sales and marketing data, and produce performance reports to enable field teams.

The role requires 2–5 years in MedTech or pharmaceutical commercial environments, knowledge of CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce), Excel, and strong communication. Hybrid work in the UK with some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in MedTech or Pharmaceutical commercial environments preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Veeva/Salesforce) and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor customer data quality and perform data cleansing activities.
• Analyze customer, sales, and marketing data to identify trends and insights.
• Produce regular performance reports.
• Assist with CRM administration, user support, and training for field-based teams.
• Support customer journey mapping and lifecycle management, evolving into campaign analytics.
• Collaborate with field teams and marketing to improve CRM processes.
• Assist CRM enhancements, automation, and system improvements with EMEA/global teams.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Where you come in:

What makes you successful:

• You have experience working in MedTech or Pharmaceutical European/ UK commercial organizations and expertise working with MedTech / Pharmaceutical CRM and salesforce effectiveness data.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce) and desirable experience of leveraging Iqvia OneKey.
• You have a proven ability to support field based team in leveraging CRM capabilities, understanding how technical functionalities translate into everyday use.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Flex/Hybrid Workplace:

Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).
