Job summary

Dexcom, a global leader in CGM, is seeking a CRM/Analytics focused professional to join the Commercial Excellence team in the United Kingdom. You will manage CRM data, generate insights from customer, sales and marketing activity, and support system administration for field-based teams across UK&I.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of related experience, strong Excel skills and knowledge of CRM tools (Veeva, Salesforce, Power BI/Tableau).

Qualifications

• Experience in MedTech or Pharmaceutical EU/UK commercial orgs with CRM and salesforce data.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce) and desirable Iqvia OneKey experience.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into practical field use.
• Strong Excel and data-analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor customer data quality and perform data cleansing activities.
• Analyze customer, sales, and marketing data to identify trends and insights.
• Produce regular performance reports.
• Assist with CRM system administration, user support, and training for field teams.
• Support customer journey mapping and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Collaborate with field teams and marketing to improve CRM processes.
• Help implement CRM enhancements, automation, and system improvements with EMEA and global teams.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
