Central London - Hybrid (3 days on-site)

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales processes, driving efficiency, and empowering sales teams to achieve ambitious targets. Your analytical skills and collaborative approach will directly impact revenue generation and contribute to the company’s continued success. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing expertise in various sales tools and data sources.
  • Preparing insightful sales reports and dashboards.
  • Auditing data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with the global Business Analyst community to share best practices.
  • Participating in requirements gathering for new features and process improvements.
  • Representing the sales team’s needs for tool and process enhancements.
  • Partnering with Marketing to manage campaigns and lead delivery.
  • Driving process adoption within the sales team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a related analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com and MS Excel.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Qlikview.
