Job summary

White Horse Employment Ltd. is seeking a temporary Sales Administrator to support a business that designs, manufactures and distributes monitoring systems and imaging solutions.

The role focuses on order entry, dispatch, invoicing and CRM updates, with some reception duties and post deliveries. Based in the United Kingdom, you will coordinate with couriers, manage exports where needed and ensure accurate order paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and order processing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (ACT!).
• Experience with invoicing and shipping documentation.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Order entry on to MRP system
• Dispatching
• Courier booking with export awareness ideally, mostly shipping out but some collections required
• Invoicing
• RMAs when loan return
• Filing order paperwork
• Updating ACT! (CRM System) with order details including adding a new customer or creating new companies (BI units)
• Minimal reception duties
• Delivery post
