Together is seeking an Operational Trainer to lead onboarding and development for Sales colleagues. You will deliver engaging programmes, ensuring understanding of processes and compliance while aligning to the 70:20:10 model.

You will collaborate with Risk, Central Talent and Development, HR and recruitment to design academies and measure success, driving continuous improvement and regulatory awareness across the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging onboarding programmes for new colleagues.
• You will ensure understanding of processes, systems and compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk, Central Talent and Development, HR, recruitment and operations to design and run academies.
• Design and deliver cohort-based learning aligned to the Together framework.
• Track progress and provide feedback to improve recruitment and training strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
