As a Sales Office Manager, your responsibility will be to maximize departmental contribution through profitable sales and profit. Working within one of our depots, you'll be part of a team dedicated to excellent customer service and achieving goals.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the departmental budget to meet financial targets.
2. Developing sales opportunities with new, lapsed, and existing customers.
3. Increasing profitable sales through appropriate product mix, merchandising, and marketing in line with company policy.
4. Analyzing trading reports to assess current activity and communicating findings to the team.
5. Negotiating with customers to secure profitable quotes and ongoing business.
6. Staying informed about competitors' activities and market trends.
7. Motivating the team to meet financial targets.
8. Organizing and managing the team to meet operational needs.
