We are seeking a Sales Planner to join our growing global team.

About Perion (formerly Hivestack): Have you ever wondered how outdoor screens deliver advertisements that seem to speak directly to your interests? About this role: To maintain high-quality service and support for our expanding clientele, Hivestack is adding a Sales Planner. The role involves planning advertising campaigns, analyzing data, optimizing performance, and reporting results. It offers the chance to learn about the DOOH space and grow professionally.

How You’ll Make an Impact / Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop go-to-market strategies related to inventory and supply.
  2. Collaborate with clients and the account team to understand business objectives and advertising strategies.
  3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously for different clients.
  4. Communicate effectively with creative teams, clients, and consumers to develop media strategies and campaigns.
  5. Decide on the best media forms for specific clients and campaigns.
  6. Research and analyze data using industry resources.
  7. Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behaviors, and media habits.
  8. Present proposals, including cost schedules, to clients promptly.
  9. Develop and maintain good relationships with media owners.

What you need to succeed / What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • An analytical mindset with aptitude for statistics and math.
  • Broad knowledge of media channels.
  • Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., GfK MRI, MOAT, Nielsen IMS).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with databases and spreadsheets.
  • Previous media buying experience across channels like Display, Mobile, Video, DOOH, CTV, OTT.
  • Understanding of the digital media landscape and partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating rates with partners.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners.
