Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Windsor.

The ideal candidate must have at least 10 year's employment history with ideally 2+ years Estate Agency sales experience. Open to a Senior Negotiator.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

  • Pooled commission
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm working 1 in 3 Saturdays with day back (5 day working week)
  • Structured career progression plan

  • 20 days annual leave

Responsibilities:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis

Key Skills:

  • At least 2+ year's Estate Agency sales experience including some valuation experience (not essential)
  • High level of customer service skills with a mature attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambitious with the drive to succeed
  • The desire to work well in a team
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Well-presented and self-motivated
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
