Qualifications

• Previous sales or negotiation experience.
• Comfortable managing a ledger of customers.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to customers.
• Merchant experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing a ledger of customers, building and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Writing quotes for customers and chasing them up on these quotes.
• Negotiating with suppliers to get the best deal possible for our customers.
• Managing customer queries via phone, email and behind the trading counter.
