Job summary

Wolseley Group in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Sales Negotiator to manage customer ledgers, quote and chase quotes, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals. The role involves handling customer queries via phone, email, and counter service.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary plus bonus and excellent benefits, with standard hours Monday to Friday 8.00am–5.00pm.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or negotiation experience
• To be comfortable managing a ledger of customers
• To be comfortable making outbound calls to customers
• Merchant is experience is essential

Responsibilities

• Managing a ledger of customers, building and maintaining relationships with customers
• Writing quotes for customers and chasing them up on these quotes
• Negotiating with suppliers to get the best deal possible for our customers
• Managing customer queries via phone, email and behind the trading counter
