Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Wokingham

Brand: Romans

Salary: up to £27,500 OTE

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 6pm, Fridays 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The role of Sales Consultant is both exciting and rewarding!

Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and maximizing business opportunities
  • Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
  • Providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Introducing new business and building relationships with developers through active networking
  • Acting as the communication link between clients and vendors
  • Building strong internal and external relationships
  • Preparing accurate property details and data entry
  • Managing property sales from viewing to closing
Skills required:
  • Six months to one year of experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record
  • Excellent sales abilities
  • High-level customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Negotiation skills
  • Tenacity and self-motivation to succeed
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships
  • Responsiveness to change
