Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator for a busy residential estate agency in the Morden area. You will progress residential sales, generate new business and build strong relationships with vendors and buyers.

We are looking for someone organised, well-presented and commercially minded, capable of working towards targets and delivering high levels of service in a competitive property market.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency.
• Strong knowledge of the Morden and surrounding property market.
• Proven ability to negotiate and progress residential property sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident, professional and well presented.
• Target-focused with a proactive approach to generating new business.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
• Managing sales from initial offer through to completion.
• Generating new business through applicant, vendor and market enquiries.
• Maintaining regular communication with vendors and buyers throughout the sales process.
• Registering applicants, arranging viewings and matching buyers to suitable properties.
• Working towards branch targets while delivering consistently high levels of customer service.

An experienced Sales Negotiator is required to join a busy residential estate agency in the Morden area. The ideal candidate will have proven property sales experience, excellent customer service skills and the confidence to negotiate effectively.

Salary: OTE: £60,000 per annum
