A realistic OTE is £40,000–£50,000 with a base salary £22,000–£25,000 and clear progression. The role emphasizes relationship-building, target achievement, and working within a busy, results-driven team with a strong pipeline

We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful and market-leading estate agency in Southport. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting buyers and sellers through every stage of the sales process.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Register buyers and understand their property requirements
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Liaise with vendors, purchasers, and solicitors throughout the sales process
• Book appointments for Financial Services Advisors
• Generate conveyancing referrals
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Work towards and exceed individual sales and referral targets

Sales Negotiator Requirements

• Previous experience within estate agency or a customer-facing sales environment
• Proven ability to build relationships and close business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proactive and motivated approach
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good knowledge of the Southport property market is advantageous
• Professional, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence preferred
