The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in estate agency sales, holds a Full UK driving licence, and is organised, proactive, and target-driven. Standard hours apply, with some Saturdays as needed.

We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and reputable estate agency in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Manage sales progression from offer agreed through to completion
• Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and the wider team to ensure transactions progress smoothly
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients
• Assist with property valuations and listings when required
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Sales Negotiator Requirements

• Basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
• On Target Earnings of upto £35,000
