Job summary

GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is recruiting a Sales Negotiator for a busy residential estate agency in Leigh on Sea. You will conduct property viewings, match buyers with suitable properties, and negotiate offers through to completion.

Join a high-performing team with uncapped commissions and a clear path for career progression. A minimum of 12 months in property sales and a full UK driving licence are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience within residential property sales.
• Proven ability to achieve targets and successfully close deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and match buyers with suitable properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients.
• Negotiate offers and manage sales through to successful completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to progress transactions.
• Generate new business opportunities through valuations, referrals, and networking.
• Work towards and exceed individual and branch sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.

The Role
