GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is seeking a Sales Negotiator in the Sheffield area. The role focuses on conducting property viewings, registering and qualifying applicants, and negotiating between buyers and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have estate agency experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a drive to succeed within a busy, commission-driven environment. This on-site position offers career progression and a supportive team.

We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a well-known Estate Agency in the Sheffield area, working within a busy office environment with a strong commission structure and clear opportunities for career progression.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator who is passionate about the property industry, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is confident building strong relationships with vendors and applicants.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Conduct property viewings and provide a high level of customer service
• Register and qualify applicants
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Keep vendors regularly updated throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants and clients
• Identify opportunities for mortgage referrals, conveyancing and other additional services
• Work effectively as part of a wider team while managing your own workload
• Contribute to the overall success and performance of the branch

Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Previous Estate Agency / residential property sales experience
• Local knowledge of the Sheffield property market would be advantageous, but not essential
• Passionate about the property industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organised, driven and commercially minded
• Hard-working attitude with a strong desire to succeed
• Personable with the ability to build strong relationships
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team

• £25,000 basic salary
• Realistic OTE of £30,000–£35,000

Working hours

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday 9am–5pm
• Saturday rota 9am–1pm, with time off in lieu or additional pay
