Job summary

Pertemps Camberley is seeking an Experienced Sales Negotiator for a well-established estate agency. You will handle the full sales cycle of property sales, from initial viewings to completion, delivering excellent service.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years' sales negotiation experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to manage property details such as specifications, photos and floor plans. Normal hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales negotiation experience.
• Experience in property sales (not lettings).
• Ability to manage entire sales cycle.
• Knowledge of property specifications, photos and floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle of property sales.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Coordinate property specifications, photos and floor plans.
• Work Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm with occasional Saturdays.

My client is a successful, established and reputable Estate Agent, currently seeking an Experienced Sales Negotiator. Must have a minimum of 2 Years' Sales Negotiator Experience. Property Sales not Lettings.

• Sales Negotiator owning the whole sales cycle of property sale

• £25,500 basic plus Commission

• Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.30pm
