GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is recruiting on behalf of a leading independent estate agency in Nottingham for a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator. You will welcome buyers and vendors, manage viewings, and negotiate offers to drive successful sales.

With a basic salary of £25,000–£27,500 and an OTE of up to £35,000, this role offers real career progression, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment in a modern independent agency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome buyers and vendors, delivering an exceptional customer experience
