A confident communicator with a proactive, targets-driven mindset will thrive in this role. You’ll need to be comfortable using Street CRM and possess a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle for attending viewings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in estate agency or targeted sales is highly desirable.
• Confident communicator with a friendly demeanour and superb telephone manner.
• Target-driven and analytical with proactive approach to generating viewings and closing deals.
• Comfortable using modern software systems; Street CRM is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Register new applicants and match them with our portfolio.

• Provide prompt, honest feedback to sellers after each viewing.

Key Responsibilities

• Buyer Management: Actively register new applicants, taking the time to truly understand their property needs and matching them with our current and upcoming portfolio.
• Conducting Viewings: Host professional and engaging property viewings, representing the F&B brand to the highest standard and highlighting the best features of every home.
• Vendor Feedback: Provide prompt, honest, and constructive feedback to our sellers after every viewing, keeping them informed every step of the way.
• Offer Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible price whilst maintaining exceptional customer care.
• Performance & Targets: Proactively manage your applicant database to drive viewing-to-offer conversion rates.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time client notes and viewing records within Street CRM.

About You

• Experience: Previous experience in estate agency or a targeted sales environment is highly desirable.
• Communication: A natural, confident communicator with a friendly face-to-face demeanour and a superb telephone manner.
• Commercial Acumen: Target-driven and analytical, with a proactive approach to generating viewings and closing deals.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable adopting and utilising modern software systems (experience with Street CRM is a fantastic bonus).
