Job summary

A Team Recruitment EA Limited is seeking a motivated estate agency professional to proactively manage property listings and offers, while nurturing client and agent relationships. The role involves coordinating with local estate agents and keeping clients updated with marketing progress.

You'll need knowledge of estate agency processes, strong customer service, and previous sales experience. The position is based in Colchester with standard office hours and growth opportunities within a growing

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency or property sales is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
• Knowledge of conveyancing, assisted move and part exchange improves suitability.
• Motivated, keen and target-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage property listings and offers to achieve best sale price.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, potential purchasers and estate agents.
• Instruct local estate agents to market the property.
• Maintain regular contact with company-appointed estate agents for marketing updates.
• Provide updates to clients, customers and third parties on property instructions.
• Communicate with Account team to ensure property listings updates are shared.
• Compile weekly client reports.
• Office-based role with hours 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.

Job description

The role

• Proactively manage property listings and offers to achieve the best possible sale price to the best possible buyer for client/customer
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, potential purchasers and estate agents
• Instruct appropriate local estate agents to market the property
• Keep in regular contact with company appointed estate agents to obtain updates related to marketing activity
• Maintain regular contact with clients, customers and appropriate third parties to provide updates on property instructions
• Communicate with Account team ensuring they are aware of any necessary updates relating to the property listings
• Compile weekly reports to be issued to clients
• Monday to Friday 9-5.30 working hours in the office

The Person

• Have knowledge or experience of estate agency, residential conveyancing, the assisted move and part exchange process
• Excellent customer services skills and telephone manner
• Previous property sales experience
• Motivated and keen
