Experienced in Estate Agency, sales, customer service or administration and looking for your next opportunity within the property industry?

We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator / Administrator to join a well-established and successful independent Estate Agency in Hemel Hempstead, working within a busy and friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent or someone with a strong background in sales, customer service or administration, offering a varied role covering property viewings, sales progression, customer service and general administration, with commission opportunities and genuine long-term career progression.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator / Administrator, you will:

• Register and qualify new buyers, understanding their property requirements
• Match applicants with suitable properties and proactively follow up with buyers
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Follow up viewings and provide constructive feedback to vendors
• Negotiate offers and progress agreed sales through to completion
• Complete general sales administration, including AML checks and terms of business
• Prepare property particulars and ensure property information is accurate and up to date
• Upload and maintain property listings across the company website and major property portals
• Keep the CRM updated with viewing feedback, offers, applicant details and sales notes
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
• Book valuations and appointments for the wider sales team
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Identify opportunities to generate new business, valuations and instructions
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling process

Sales Negotiator / Administrator requirements:

• Previous Estate Agency experience would be advantageous
• Strong sales, customer service or administration experience will also be considered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident and professional manner
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Proactive and confident when following up enquiries and opportunities
• Able to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team
• Competent using computers, email and CRM systems
• Reliable, motivated and customer-focused
• Full UK driving licence is essential
