An excellent opportunity for a well-presented, customer service-driven Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a well-respected independent estate agency in Cirencester.

• Up to £30,000 basic salary DOE
• Open to part-time candidates

Responsibilities and Duties

• Liaise with customers daily and manage customer inquiries
• Book viewings using the company's system
• Complete and update customer records in the system
• Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and assess their needs
• Market new properties across all available media channels
• Negotiate and agree on buyer offers
• Maintain accurate administrative records
• Assist in sales progression when needed
• Support with sales valuations depending on experience
