Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Winchester

Brand: Romans

Salary: Up to £31,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 6pm, Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

If you have a solid estate agency background, are motivated, enthusiastic, and career-driven, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to join an industry-leading property company and further your estate agency career. The role of Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding!

Duties will include:
  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities
  • Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Introducing new business and building alliances with developers through active networking
  • Acting as the communication link between clients and vendors, sharing information
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring data entry accuracy
  • Handling the sale of a property from viewing to closing
Skills Required:
  • Six months to one year of experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Negotiation skills
  • Tenacity and self-motivation with a drive to succeed
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
