Sales & Marketing Administrator Test & Measurement Industry

Location: Letchworth | Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: 8:15 - 17:15, Fridays half-day | Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 + bonus + company vehicle

About the Role

We are partnered with a leading company in the Test and Measurement sector to recruit a Sales & Marketing Administrator. This role offers a dynamic mix of traditional administration and creative marketing responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys varied tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support sales operations by providing first-line customer support and processing orders.
  2. Coordinate shipping with couriers and customers.
  3. Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce, SAGE training provided).
  4. Assist in branding, brochure creation, and digital content management.
  5. Support marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, YouTube, and through newsletters.
  6. Contribute to the development of the company website and exhibition presence.
Requirements
  1. Experience in sales support, administration, or marketing roles.
  2. Creative flair with design skills (experience with WordPress, Dreamweaver, Adobe tools is a plus).
  3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  4. Proactive, confident, and self-motivated.
  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  7. Full UK driving license.
Preferred Extras
  • Background in technical or industrial sectors.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and email campaigns.
  • Qualifications in graphic design, digital marketing, or related fields.
