About the Role

You will be part of an international sales team responsible for identifying, developing, and successfully closing sales opportunities within your designated area.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle, ensuring clients are aware of Roke’s products and capabilities, and provide customer feedback to the business.

We value diversity of thought and welcome applications from various sectors beyond defense.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive business development from requirements identification, capture, shaping, to order closure.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders to drive successful sales outcomes throughout the sales process.
  • Owning and managing a rolling 5-year forecast to accurately project order intake for future planning.
  • Understanding revenue recognition for forecasting purposes.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

We recognize that candidates may not meet every listed requirement but encourage applications from diverse backgrounds with other relevant skills and experiences.

  • Experience delivering £10m+ order intake annually.
  • Knowledge of multinational defense operations and how to align them with products and services.
  • Proven customer engagement skills and successful sales delivery in defense domains such as Land, CEMA, ISTAR, or Defense Digital.
  • Existing network of contacts in these domains (desirable).

Clearances
