Qualifications

  • Experience in contract and commercial management in the Defence sector.
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality and hold Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.

Join Vodafone Business Security Enhanced (VBSE) for Vodafone UK and support in providing world-class Secure Solutions for our Enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do

Contract and commercial management of VBSE customers, which is a significant high growth area in Vodafone Business. This role will be crucial in supporting new business commercial modelling and contractual requirements as well as ensuring that contract value is delivered in line with business case expectations.

  • Commercial modelling - business case and pricing to ensure profitability of new contracts and any applicable contract variations. Also ensure relevant deal commercial governance is adhered to
  • Review and drafting of schedules contained in contracts and variations, in collaboration with legal team, account team and relevant subject matter experts as required
  • In-life commercial management – Ensuring customer contracts are in line with expectations, contractual obligations are met and negotiating directly with customers as and when required
  • Preparation, provision and presentation of regular customer facing reports
  • Total project forecasting in collaboration with finance colleagues, to ensure project cost control vs business case expectations
  • Collaboration with billing team to ensure invoices are issued correctly and in line with client expectations

  • MOD/Defence sector experience
  • Experience with managing DEFCONs, CDRLs & JSPs from a contractual perspective
