Job summary

Gcb is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the Bexley area, providing cover across branches while driving performance, new business and profitability.

The role requires strong local market knowledge, excellent customer service, and the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Estate Agency with strong local knowledge of the Bexley area.
• Experience managing or leading a team in a retail/property environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide Sales Manager cover across the Bexley area during holidays, vacancies and sickness.
• Lead, motivate and inspire branch teams to achieve targets.
• Run morning meetings and coach staff to support performance.
• Drive new business and generate fresh leads.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, applicants and buyers.
• Provide expert property advice to achieve the best sale price.
• Stay up to date with local market trends and act as a trusted property expert.
• Take ownership of branch performance and profitability in absence of Branch Manager.
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales and contribute to growth.

We're recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a successful Estate Agency team across the Bexley area, providing management cover across branches while driving new business, team performance and profitability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, self-motivated Estate Agent with strong local market knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the confidence to lead and motivate teams.

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Provide Sales Manager cover across the Bexley area during holidays, vacancies and periods of sickness
• Lead, motivate and inspire branch teams to achieve their targets
• Run morning meetings and provide coaching and guidance to support team performance
• Drive new business and generate fresh leads
• Build strong relationships with vendors, applicants and buyers
• Provide expert property advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price
• Stay up to date with local market trends and establish yourself as a trusted property expert
• Take ownership of branch performance and profitability in the absence of the Branch Manager
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales and contribute to overall business growth
• Previous Estate Agency experience with strong local market knowledge of the Bexley area
• Experience managing, motivating or leading a team
• Driven and self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of customer service
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
• Commercially minded and results-focused
• Confident providing property advice and generating new business
• Full UK driving licence
