Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator within estate agency

• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Cover Branch Manager responsibilities across North Kent during holidays, vacancies, and periods of sickness
• Lead, manage, and drive the performance of your branch
• Take ownership of branch profitability, growth, and business development
• Motivate, inspire, and support your team to achieve their targets
• List properties and provide exceptional support to vendors
• Stay ahead of local market trends and identify new opportunities
