Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a sales manager.
• 3 years of documented sales success as an individual contributor exceeding target.
• Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience hiring top talent and building teams that consistently outperform.

Responsibilities

• Build a High-Performance Team by hiring exceptional Account Executives and raising the talent bar.
• Coach through data-driven pipeline inspection, forecasting and performance diagnostics.
• Establish predictable operating rhythms around forecasting, pipeline management and business reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations and Product to improve the customer journey.
