Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Sales Manager for Water Treatment to drive UK-wide growth. You will own new business development, account management and sales strategy within a technically driven environment, collaborating with engineering teams.

You will develop opportunities from enquiry through to project delivery, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term relationships with customers across industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within water treatment
• Strong knowledge of clean water, wastewater or industrial treatment processes
• Experience managing complex technical sales opportunities
• Commercially aware with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel nationally and hold a full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts across the UK

Sales Manager (Water Treatment)

UK Wide - Hybrid / Remote

£45,000 - £60,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance + Commission + Annual Bonus + Benefits

A growing water treatment engineering business is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to support its continued expansion across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a water treatment background to take ownership of new business development, account growth and sales strategy within a technically driven environment.

Working closely with senior leadership and engineering teams, you'll be responsible for developing opportunities from initial enquiry through to project delivery, helping customers improve water quality, efficiency and environmental performance.

The Role

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts across the UK

The Candidate

• Comfortable engaging with engineers, procurement teams and senior decision-makers
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
