What does the role involve?
  • Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and listening to turn this into a tailor-made solution.
  • Demonstrating our innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
  • Further developing ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
  • Being responsible for the operational, organisational, and strategic management of your sales area, fully utilising the top-in-class CRM system, Salesforce.

What you need is:

Many qualities make an Account Manager, but the following skills and experience are a good starting point:

  • Customer-facing/sales experience gained in any industry.
  • Solution-oriented approach – uncovering customers’ pain points and needs to provide the best-suited solutions.
  • Sharing our values – commitment, teamwork, courage, and integrity.
  • Resilience and adaptability – comfortable to meet all levels of customers, from site operators to managing directors.
  • Drive – motivated to achieve success and overcome challenges.
  • Curiosity – passion to learn, develop, and grow.
  • Organizational skills – managing time and priorities effectively and working autonomously.
  • Essential: Full manual UK driving license to visit customers on-site 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Please disclose points on your license along with expiry dates.
