Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment Services is assisting an established B2B media business to recruit a highly capable Sales Manager/Sales Director for its Sevenoaks portfolio. You will drive revenue across print, digital, sponsorship, conferences, and events, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

You will build strong relationships with senior decision-makers, grow existing accounts, and implement strategies to exceed revenue targets while collaborating with editorial and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts.
• Experience selling to senior decision-makers and managing complex deals.
• Comfortable selling multiple products across print, digital, sponsorship, and events.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and consistently meet revenue targets.
• Experience in business-to-business media or publishing is preferred.

Sales Manager / Sales Director - Media & Events

Location: Sevenoaks

Salary: up to £55k (DOE)+ uncapped commission

Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with an established and growing business-to-business media company with a strong portfolio of publications, digital platforms, conferences, and events.

The Sales Manager Role

You will be responsible for developing new business while maximising revenue from existing clients across both portfolios.

• Developing and executing sales strategies across two media portfolios.
• Selling print, digital, sponsorship, conference, and event opportunities.
• Identifying and winning new business through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Growing existing client accounts by introducing additional products and services.
• Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers and commercial contacts.

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded sales professional who is confident selling multiple products and solutions rather than a single service.

You do not necessarily need to have held a sales director title. We would consider a strong Sales Manager or senior salesperson who is ready to take the next step and have greater responsibility for commercial performance.
