Job summary

KPI People Ltd is working with a busy franchised car dealership in Portsmouth to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Sales department and drive performance.

You will inspire the team, install robust processes, manage stock and marketing, and deliver strong financial results while actively promoting finance and insurance products and maintaining manufacturer relationships. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Sales Manager experience in a franchised environment.
• Strong leadership and process implementation capabilities.
• Proven ability to grow sales and profitability.

Responsibilities
