Maxwell Bond in Manchester City Centre is partnering with a leading UK car finance FinTech to recruit an experienced Sales Manager. You will lead a 10-15 person team, coach daily and drive performance using live KPI data.

The role offers strong earning potential (£65k+ OTE, with top performers earning £80k-£90k), a clear progression path, funded professional development and wellbeing benefits. 80% of managers promoted internally.

Qualifications

We're working with one of the UK's leading car finance FinTechs as they continue to significantly grow their 300+ person sales operation.

They're looking for experienced Sales Managers to lead teams of 10-15 people, combining hands-on coaching and leadership with a strong understanding of data, KPIs and commercial performance.

The role:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 10-15 salespeople
• Own performance across sales, product, compliance and customer experience KPIs
• Use live data to identify opportunities and improve performance throughout the day
• Manage both high performance and underperformance
• Create an engaging, accountable and high-performing sales environment
• £65k+ OTE, with top-performing managers earning £80k-£90k
• Significant business growth creating genuine opportunities to progress into Senior Sales Management
