Job summary

Miller Homes Ltd in the South Midlands region seeks a Sales Manager to lead site-based sales teams across Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire. You will ensure effective sales processes, drive targets, and communicate policies between the regional office and sites.

Based in the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire area, the role includes stakeholder liaison, implementing marketing plans, and contributing to a high-performance sales environment with an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Sales professional with experience of managing multi-site sales activities and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Management of site-based regional Development Sales Managers which may include recruitment, training, performance management, development and coaching to support a motivated and highly effective sales team
• Monitor site sales set up to ensure that the website, signage, presentation and layout meets specified Company standards and maintained accordingly.
• Marketing duties including marketing plans, briefing website content and brochures, attending marketing meetings, market research reports and working with media agencies/advertisers
• Support Sales Directors with Land Appraisal bids.

We are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join our fantastic South Midlands region, based in the Hertfordshire / Bedfordshire area. The role will see you manage site based sales teams to ensure that the sales processes are implemented effectively and that sales targets are achieved. To form a link between the Regional office and site ensuring that decisions on sales policies and initiatives are communicated to site sales staff and carried out.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

Sales Manager Requirements

• Sales professional with experience of managing multi-site sales activities and sales teams,
• Experience managing, motivating and developing site sales teams within housebuilding
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being able to relate to people at all levels of an organisation, internal and external, and to establish and maintain respect both professionally and personally.
• High personal and professional integrity, presence, drive, determination and enthusiasm.
