Job summary

Miller Homes Limited in the East Midlands is seeking a Sales Director to lead the Sales function across the region and drive the business plan from land purchase to final completion. You will direct the Sales Department, providing high quality guidance to the business and its projects while ensuring profitability and exceptional customer service in line with NHQC.

The role carries an executive remuneration package and requires a skilled leader to manage a geographically spread team and drive

• Extensive experience in a similar role within the new house-build environment.
• Highly customer focussed with a proven ability to secure results through third parties.
• A skilled people manager who can identify and proactively manage a team of geographically spread and multi-disciplined employees.
• A natural leader possessing integrity, presence, drive, determination, natural enthusiasm and sense of humour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Business Plan (from land purchase to final completion).
• Maintain an overview of Sales performance and ensure budget/targets are met or exceeded.
• Provide excellent levels of customer service in line with NHQC requirements.
• Manage departmental costs.

We are looking to recruit a Sales Director to join our East Midlands sales team and lead the Sales function of this fantastic region. The role will see you direct and lead the Sales Department by providing the highest quality advice and guidance to the business and its component projects.

SALES DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To be instrumental in developing and delivering the Business Plan (from land purchase to final completion)
• To maintain an overview of Sales performance and ensure that project profitability is optimised and that budget/targets are delivered or exceeded.
• To ensure the provision of excellent levels of customer service to the customer base whilst up holding the core values of the business and the requirements of the NHQC
• Management of departmental cost
