Job description

Responsible for driving passenger sales by developing commercial strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and partners. Oversees market analysis, sets sales targets, negotiates contracts, and ensures revenue growth in assigned territories.

Pre-requisites :

  • 5+ years in sales, preferably in the airline, travel, tourism, or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing key accounts and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Familiarity with airline revenue management, distribution systems (like GDS : Amadeus, Sabre), and corporate sales.

Desired Profile :

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong network in the travel trade (agencies, tour operators, corporate travel buyers).
  • Ability to analyse market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and sales forecasting.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
  • Excellente communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong team player with leadership potential.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently (domestic and international).

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.

Languages :

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Additional languages ( French, Arabic ) are a strong advantage.
