This role focuses on hitting targets, leveraging relationship-building skills to grow a pipeline of prospects, increasing sales revenue, and boosting new member numbers. You will have the platform to create your own success story through David Lloyd’s challenger method of selling.

What does the role entail for a Sales Manager?

  • Ensuring sales team compliance and inspections
  • Meeting personal KPIs and team targets
  • Engaging with interdepartmental relationships, including attending Head of Department meetings
  • Selling memberships directly, leading from the front to achieve sales targets
  • Identifying local community opportunities, including collaborations with charities, schools, and businesses
