Fairmont Windsor Park is looking for a Sales Manager dedicated to driving revenue and business for our luxury property. The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales across all revenue segments within the property.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve and meet sales objectives and targets across all hotel revenue streams, including pre-agreed contribution targets.
  2. Implement sales strategies and activities as outlined in the budget and sales plan, following directives from the Line Manager.
  3. Develop account plans to maximize share from each assigned account.
  4. Research potential new accounts, conduct telesales calls, face-to-face appointments, and execute other sales activities in line with targets.
  5. Build and maintain effective relationships with brand partner sales teams, central teams, and other hotel or cluster sales teams.
  6. Familiarize with brand standards and tools related to sales activities.
  7. Manage customer relationships to maximize new sales opportunities, encourage repeat business, and promote the wider Arora hotel collection.
  8. Communicate and execute marketing initiatives and promotions from Arora Group and relevant brands.
  9. Utilize PR, marketing, and social media tools to enhance sales effectiveness.
