Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Sales Manager with a proven track record selling converting machinery into the corrugated and carton packaging markets. This field-based role is home-based, covering the UK (85%) and Europe (15%), so a central UK location near a major airport is ideal.

The role blends strategic account management with hands-on selling. A base salary up to £75,000, a generous commission (~£20,000), 8% employer pension and a car option form part of a strong rewards package.

Qualifications

• Technical print background or relevant print qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sell converting machinery across the UK and Europe.
• Manage existing UK accounts in year one with realistic targets.

Job Description

Sales Manager, Product Sales Manager, Converting Sales Specialist, Technical Sales Manager - converting machinery, corrugated, carton, packaging. A classic Product Sales Manager role where you will be responsible for selling the companies complete range of converting machinery systems into the corrugated packaging and carton markets across the whole UK and then into Europe too.

Your first year focus will be on the UK, managing and developing existing accounts with a very realistic and historically achievable target. In year two you will be expected to spend 15% of your time developing new business in Europe - spending 1 week every 2 months abroad.
