Job summary

Executive Network Group in Bedfordshire, covering Southern England, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive rental sales and revenue for the Bedfordshire depot and wider Southern operation. The role offers £50,000-£60,000 base pay plus commission and company benefits.

You will visit customers, manage existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities to fuel growth. Ideal candidates will have proven B2B sales experience in crane/plant hire or construction equipment, be willing to travel,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or a Commercial role.
• Knowledge of Crane Hire, Plant Hire, Powered Access, or Construction Equipment industry is essential.
• Be willing to travel and hold a current Driving Licence.
• Strong level of IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Achieving agreed hire sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Supporting sales opportunities within the company CRM system.
• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Visiting prospective customers to build relationships.
• Managing an existing customer base by visiting sites and keeping relationships alive.
• Raising quotes for new hire jobs and managing the process to conversion.
• Liaising with the team to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Driving new business relationships and delivering sales for the hire fleet.
