WR Engineering is seeking an experienced Sales Manager or Sales Engineer to join its packaging machinery team. The role covers the UK, is field-based with extensive travel, and focuses on growing market share and building OEM partnerships within the food/produce packaging sector.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Company Car / Car Allowance

We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager or Sales Engineer to join a well-established and innovative packaging solutions provider, recognised for delivering high-quality vertical packaging systems into the food and produce sectors.

This is a high-impact, autonomous role focused on driving UK market share, developing OEM partnerships, and expanding product penetration within an already strong customer base.

You will take ownership of a territory, leading business development initiatives and building long-term strategic relationships across the produce and food packing industry.
