White-Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business and nurture long-term customer relationships within the packaging sector. The role covers Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire and Suffolk, operating across manufacturing, logistics, retail and industrial clients.

You will own a defined regional territory, win new business, and manage existing accounts with support from internal teams to tailor packaging solutions.

A well-established packaging manufacturer is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their growing commercial team. This is a field-based role covering Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire and Suffolk, focused on driving new business and developing long-term customer relationships across the packaging sector.

The Role
You will take ownership of a defined regional territory, responsible for both winning new business and managing existing accounts. Working closely with internal production and technical teams, you will deliver tailored packaging solutions to customers across manufacturing, logistics, retail, and industrial sectors.
