Job summary

Park's Motor Group in Aberdeen is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Land Rover sales team, build lasting customer relationships and drive high service standards. You must have a minimum of 2 years in a sales role, strong leadership, commercial acumen, knowledge of the motor industry and a proven track record in meeting budgets, sales, profit and CSI.

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.

• Knowledge of the motor industry and ability to maximise financial objectives (budget, sales, profit, CSI).
• Ability to maximise volume and profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written, analytical and numerical skills.
• Proactive management style aligned with corporate values.
• IT literate; Kerridge knowledge desirable.
