The role combines some admin duties with sales support in a busy office setting. Strong computer skills and an organised approach are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years Admin or Customer Service experience.
• Fully computer literate and able to use internal systems.
• Sales coordination experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from business customers requesting quotes.
• Place orders and coordinate shipments.
• Direct calls and provide sales support.
• Reply to the business mailbox and update internal systems.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure accurate order processing.
