Provit Recruitment in Enderby, near Leicester, is seeking a Sales Administrator for a full-time, permanent office-based role within an export business. You’ll handle quotes, orders, and logistics support in a small team reporting to the MD.

The position offers a salary of £25,000–£30,000 per year, a 34-hour week (Mon-Thu 09:00-17:00 and Fri 09:00-16:00) and various opportunities for progression with solid support from leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years Administration experience.
• Fully computer literate with good IT skills.
• Experience in Sales Administration is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls from business customers who are requesting quotes, placing orders, coordinating shipments, directing calls, and providing sales support.
• Reply to the business mailbox, update internal systems and prepare shipping documentation.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with clerical tasks and general office duties as needed.

We are on the hunt for a Sales Administrator who can start a full-time, permanent role within an export business in the Enderby area of Leicester.

This is an office-based role working within a very small team and reporting directly to the MD.

Your typical responsibilities will include handling incoming calls from business customers who are requesting quotes, placing orders, coordinating shipments, directing calls, and providing sales support.

There will also be some clerical and administrative tasks including replying to the business mailbox, updating internal systems, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring orders are processed accurately - but nothing overly demanding.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is naturally organised, fully computer literate, confident, and friendly, with a keen eye for detail and an interest in both sales and logistics.
