Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years Administration experience.
• Fully computer literate with good IT skills.
• Experience in Sales Administration is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from business customers who are requesting quotes, placing orders, coordinating shipments, directing calls, and providing sales support.
• Reply to the business mailbox, update internal systems and prepare shipping documentation.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with clerical tasks and general office duties as needed.
